Since 1978, Byron’s has built its name in South Jersey one service call, one system and one relationship at a time.
That history matters. It means familiarity with the homes, businesses and equipment found throughout the region—and a local company customers can call directly.
Our founder
The standard Byron set in 1978
When Byron R. Vile Sr. started Byron’s Plumbing & Heating, he built the company around more than dependable work. He believed in being there for people, treating customers with respect and making every family he served feel like part of his own.
Many customers stayed with Byron for years. They knew his children, watched the family grow and became familiar faces themselves. They knew members of the family by name, and some customers even requested Eddie. Mary Keefe served as the company’s longtime secretary, while members of the Vile family worked alongside Byron in the office and throughout the business.
That closeness became part of what Byron’s stood for. It was a family-run company in the truest sense, built through personal relationships, familiar voices and the trust earned by showing up year after year.
Today, the company continues under the next generation, carrying forward the name Byron established and the belief that customers should always be treated like family.
